No more booted games this year! Wasting a win is so awful! I would rather harken back to the Sark era and take a plunger. Rutgers and Cougs so painful. Go Dawgs. Be Better
Good stuff, Christian. Are there two more wins to get to 6 and a bowl game? That's the big question in my mind. I don't think we can take UCLA for granted, for example - especially based on the Rutgers game.
Have to hope Fisch makes USC a huge focus. Winning at Penn St., Indiana, and Oregon don’t seem super likely, especially the latter two. But USC is definitely mortal and hopefully some players are back to 100% after the bye week.
This team is much better suited to defend the pass vs run. Our D-line isn't good, and we have great DBs. Also, it will help that most of the QBs we see are not a threat to run
I'm assuming you put UCLAs Friday night game on wrong team since they play heat on a Friday (or do they play back to back Friday games). How glad are we that Garbers left? Holy cow he isn't good.
We can get at least 2 wins...I think we can still get 3. UCLA, USC (not sold on them....they've played 1 good game) and Indiana (still not sold on them either...gave up 24 to northwestern and think they lose at least 2 this season). But Fisch still has to do better with redzone offense. Can't have empty trips there or habe 14 play drives that get 3 or less points.
I’m not saying Indiana isn’t good, they’re go.
BUT I also think going 6-0 against: FIU, W Illinois, UCLA, Maryland, Northwestern, and Charlotte isn’t really a Herculean feat.
Granted, Wazzu, Rutgers, and Iowa aren’t exactly blue bloods either so…
I have questions about Indiana, too. But do think Rourke is legit.
He’s certainly the best QB they’ve faced so far. No doubt about that.

I’ve evolved into the pessimistic fan and skeptical of Fisch. I don’t see a bowl game for UW this season.

Thanks for the content.

So you think they are more likely to beat Penn st than Indiana?
Got the order wrong. Indiana the most likely, Penn St. the least
Great point, Christopher.

UCLA plays back-to-back Friday games. Actually forgot to add it to Washington on that list.
Wow that really has to be unusual..not many team's do that.
