I do think 3.5 years would be the right over/under for Fisch if you were to put out a line now. This year is going to be a bit rough with the turnover along the lines, and next year isn't going to be fixed either - plus likely an inexperienced QB starter.

The question is what happens in year 3. Are the huskies able to rebuild the o-line so they've got 3rd year+ players across the board. Do we have a sophmore Jake Browning type year from a QB? That's the scenario where you could see a 10 win season and the under would be in play.

Take a look at the 2026 schedule. After two rough first years in the Big Ten, it sets up really nicely for UW to do some damage. If Fisch handles this rebuild properly, he’ll have options after that year.

Yep you’re right, somewhat depending on the state of USC. But that schedule plus a couple years to recruit and develop could result in that big 3rd year. Makes me think even more that a 3.5 year over/under is the right line.
