A worked for a gentleman back in the early 2000’s that owned 25+ sizzler restaurants, all but 1 in Cali. I was a manager for him and worked at a few different locations in 2 different states and from Southern California to central California. You had to pay special attention to the ladies that came in by themselves, after they ordered 2 plate you would pay a lil more attention. And more than a dozen times in a 6 month period I would notice them pouring their plate of all they could eat shrimp into the hand bag. Usually that handbag a gallon size freezer ziploc style bag in their handbag.
