Even if Steve Belichick follows his dad to North Carolina, all parties benefited from his time in Seattle — even Bill.

If this is the end of Washington’s association with the Belichicks — multiple reports indicate that it could be, soon enough, even if nothing is yet official — then there should be no question that the Huskies benefited from the brief relationship.

The same can be said for Steve. And now Bill, too.
